After 8 home purchases, a career and 3 children moving off to successful independence, I was living in Oakville and considering retiring to the midland area. I had contacted a few agents who were slow or seemed disinterested in my business. I was referred to Stephanie Miller by a friend in Midland. Stephanie was so attentive from the get go and accommodating with her time. She would either answer immediately or text within moments of any time I contacted her.

I toured several homes on occasions when I came to the area to visit. Often it was on short notice. She listened to what I wanted and filtered out things so she could pinpoint me to appropriate listings without wasting my time.
I have a background in property management and have a decent eye for opportunity and challenges. I really appreciated her input with showings and her honesty. She was objective, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I could discuss ideas with her and truly valued her incite.
She was absolutely on top of new listings in a busy market and she sent me one, just listed, scheduled an immediate visit and I purchased the home the next day after a bidding war. Had she not been as prompt or efficient, I would have definitely lost this opportunity. Her experience and moderating attitude helped to guide me during the negotiation process.

Now, after 6 months in my new home, I can truly say that this was the single most satisfying home purchase I have ever had.

We have worked with Stephanie buying and selling our homes on two separate occasions, and we would do it again in a heart beat. She is an excellent realtor. I love that she gets what the client is looking for very quickly, and she shows the properties that would interest us, so every time we go looking, it doesn't feel like we're wasting time. She also knows the housing market really well and helped us make an informed decision of when to put our place up for sale. She gave us great insight into what was happening around us sales-wise so we were able to price our place correctly. Our homes sold quickly both times. I would not hesitate to use her again as my realtor.
